  Choosing Eric Houtchens of Branson House Reality for my first time home purchase was the best decision I could have made for this lengthy and sometimes emotional process. He made the experience stress free and was totally transparent. His knowledge of the greater Branson area is extensive and it was an additional bonus to learn that he has fantastic resources for any remodel services you may need. Eric gave my home loan his utmost time and attention over this five-month period. Unbelievably, when I needed to get my pregnant wife to her doctor’s appointment in icy road conditions, he was even there offering rides. I now consider Eric a lifelong friend and look forward to buying or selling properties with him in the future. I heartily recommend taking advantage of Eric’s amazing array of skills and resources whether you are in the buying or selling market.
