Location is amazing. Amenities are awesome. I love for family to visit and rent the movie theater for them. I use both the pool and workout room. The low rating comes specifically from dealings with people who also live in the complex, as well as the lackadaisical approach to community dealings the management takes. I am handicapped, and in my building, there are two vehicles in particular that aren't labeled as handicapped that often park in those spots. They also park in the blue-striped no parking zones for vehicle unloading. I've asked the management twice now to speak with the family parking there, and several months have gone by and it seems nothing has been done. Once my lease is up, I'll be moving to another apartment due wholly to management's disregard for handicapped parking, as well as theft of my property, as written below. I've had a pair of shoes and a bottle of liquor I sat down to carry other groceries in stolen from the front porch of my first floor apartment. The liquor was weighing me down with the other four bags, so I sat it in front of my front door and carried the rest in. I used the bathroom and after about two minutes total since I'd sat the bottle on the ground, someone had walked by and taken it. I guess someone needed wet, old shoes from my porch, as well, because on a separate date they disappeared. A week ago, I opened my front door to leave and a young man, around 15, stood at the cusp of my door frame. He was so close to me that I nearly ran into him. I asked him what he was doing on my porch, and he just stood and stared at me, then meandered onto the sidewalk. This weird fellow has been seen wandering around in the middle of the night, unresponsive to people's questioning, and it's just too much to deal with, in all honesty. Rude people at the pool and children who are generally unsupervised at the "supervision only" pool make it challenging for me to want to swim during peak hours. No matter if the pool, theater room, workout facility, grounds, and general look of the property are top notch, this place has tremendous oddities afoot. The least of which is stealing shoes. The most of which is blahzay management that doesn't follow through on speaking with other tenants about their bad habits.
